So now the version in English.
The way to Orkney was a horror journey. I didn't know that I'm getting seasick - my best friend during this journey was the toilet. Very stupid I've to go for 3 more times for a ferry.
The Island of Orkney is very nice. But you don't that much time. In one day you can see every sight. Skara Brae a stone age village, Ring of Brodgar and the Standing Stones of Steness.
For the way back to the mainland I bought tablets against seasickness and they worked. So I was able to enjoy the beautiful view to the Old Man Hoy.
In Inverness hired I a car. This time I wasn't lucky. The smallest car from the world - a Toyota AYGO.
I drove from Inverness through the Highlands to Durness. Durness is famous for the beautiful beaches. Also this time I was very unlucky - the weather was shit. It was rainy all the time. Over there I visited the Smoo Cave and the Cape Weath.
From Durness via Ullapool to Stornoway. Where I had to take the next ferry.
In Lewis I visited a Lighthouse on the northest point of Lewis ans some more small stone circles.
After that saw I the hole part of Harris. But there wasn't that interesting sights. The only interesting sight was the St Clemens Church in the south. Also very interesting was the road from Rodel to Tarbert called the Golden Road. A one way road and very interesting when a truck is oncoming.
For this day I wasn't able to book a acommodation. So I had to sleep in my big car.
I found a very nice place to stay - close to the beach of Luskentyre.
The night was very stormy and rainy and after a while it was very could in my car. I woke 3 - 4 times up because I was freeze. Form there I drove to the Standing Stones of Callanish. Amazing.
Also for this night I wasn't able to find a accommodation - so I had to sleep another night in the car. But this evening was very beautiful and I was able to enjoy the Standing Stones during a amazing sunset. Although the weather was great it was very cold in my car.
Back on the mainland drove I to Gairloch. There were I able to stay in a hostel.
On the way back to Inverness visited I the Beinn Eighe Visitor Center there were I able to see a sea eagle baby via a web cam.
Back in Inverness I decided to go for a swimming pool with a spa are.
